How do I place my order?

To place your order, follow these steps :

1. Browse through our wide catalog of products until you find something you like, choose the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer the size info to find the correct size) and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products in your cart).

2. ‘My Cart’, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.

3. Once the cart is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.

How will I receive my Order?

We will ship your product on your mentioned shipping address. We have tie-ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep.

All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

How will I get confirmation that my Order is placed successfully?

We’ll send an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/debit card and address details have been approved and verified, unless it’s a COD.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened with my money?

1. Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days.

How should I check the status of my Order?

1. If you have a user account and were logged in while you placed your order, rest assured you can track the status of your order in your shopove.com account.
2. Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details over email. Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via email. In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.
3. If you still have apprehensions, write to us at info@shopove.com, and your issue will be addressed.

Order Cancellation

To cancel your order, follow these steps :

1. You can raise cancellation request for items or orders by sharing us an email with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Send us the email on info@shopove.com

2. After submitting the cancellation request has been accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation mail along with the refund details to the registered e-mail address.

3. If the order is already shipped, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can refuse to accept the shipment and the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7-10 days of refusal. For the same, you have to raise cancellation request.

Are there any Cash Collection Charges?

For T-shirts, you will be levied Cash Collection Charges of Rs.50 per product.

Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card or Credit Card?

All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.

Why am I not getting any COD option on the payment page?

It means cash on delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at your location postal code but you can always opt for NetBanking or Credit/Debit Card.

Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by us. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

What should I do if my payment fails?

1. Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

What is the Shipping Policy of Shopove?

We promise our patrons one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle-free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state.

What is the delivery time period?

Delivery date is dependent on the product and delivery pin code. To check the expected delivery date for a product, please enter your Pincode in the box named ‘Check delivery details’ on the Product Page. Please note, actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances.

Do you apply any shipping charges?

We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders. If you choose COD payment method, we levy an Rs. 50 COD charge for every T-shirt you order.

What is Return Policy?

1. In case of any issue or defect in any or all of the pieces of the Multipack/Combo products, you are required to return all the products.
2. All products purchased from shopove.com are applicable for return. Customers can return/replace their order within 10 days of the order delivery.
3. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
4. First, we will replace products, if you found any issues with them. And in some cases product amount will be credited back to his/her bank account, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
5. To schedule a return, please send us an email with complete order details and reason to return the product. The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin codes.
6. If you choose to self-ship your product(s), you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped product(s), we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
7. We do have an exchange/replacement policy, so first we will go with the same. In very few cases you can return the product, and get a refund against the returned product into your bank account.
8. The amount credited on return will be based on the price of the product at the time of purchase. Any change in the product price thereafter will not be considered. This is applicable to all offers and promotions, including Design of the Day.

What are the terms and conditions for refund?

1. You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 10 days of its date of delivery.
2. All refunds will be credited in your bank account.
3. If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access the site.

What are the rules for Courier charges refund?

1. Max Rs.100/- for shipment weighing up to 500gms will be added to Account.
2. For every next 500gm slab, you have to bear that cost.
3. In case if you want to return multiple products we request you to kindly raise a return request for each product.
4. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our cashback rates. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service.
5. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
6. Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.

How long the refund procedure takes?

The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product with a valid reason of return and approval. Once initiated, the amount will be credited to your account in next 7-10 working days

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.

Will I automatically receive marketing emails from you after registration?

If you register with us, you are inevitably getting subscribed to our newsletter. If you don’t wish to receive our newsletter, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

What to do if I forgot my password?

Just click on ‘Forgot Password’ option and we will send it to you on your email address registered with us.

Do you accept bulk order?

Yes, we do accept bulk order.

I want to place an order but I don't want any price tag or invoice attached as it is a gift for someone. Is it possible?

Unfortunately no! Because of the prevalent regulations, we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be replaced if your loved one faces any issues.

Is there any trial then purchase option available?

Since we sell only at our online fashion store, there is no trial and buy option available. However, in order to assist you in picking the right size, we have the size chart with body measurements featured on our product pages. For any queries please write to us at info@shopove.com

I wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible?

Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, unfortunately, you cannot add any more products to your order.

Single Jersey Topwear (T-shirts, Vests, Tank Tops, T-Shirt Dresses)

1. Do not bleach or wash with chlorine based detergent/water; use a mild detergent in moderate quantity instead
2. Do not iron on stitches, seams, trims or embellishments as high temperatures may cause them to open
3. Do not soak for more than 20-30 minutes; prolonged soaking may lead to colour loss, eventually weakening the fabric
4. Do not wring
5. Do not use hard brushes during hand wash as they may damage the prints
6. Do not leave the iron on at one place for too long; especially at the neck rib where the elastane may break and loosen the rib
7. Do not iron directly on prints (in case of printed products)
8. Machine wash cold
9. Wash/dry inside out
10. Fabric subject to initial colour loss; hence wash separately
11. Tumble dry low
12. Warm iron needed.
13. Dry promptly in shade; preferably on a flat surface as hanging may cause measurement variations
